Common use of No Interest on Capital Contribution Clause in Contracts

No Interest on Capital Contribution. No interest shall be paid on any capital contribution to the Partnership. Any Partner may, however, loan to the Partnership such additional funds as may be agreed upon by the General Partner, with interest and on such terms as the General Partner may determine. The amount of any such loan shall not increase the Partner's Capital Account or affect in any way his share in the profits, losses, or distributions of the Partnership.
