The Board agrees that there shall be no intimidation or discrimination against any employee by reason of his their activities as a member of the Union, and the Union agrees that there shall be no intimidation on its part towards any employee of the Board. The Board and its employees agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion on the basis of any of the protected grounds in the BC Human Rights Code, nor by reason of their membership in a Labour Union, and the employees shall at all times and in like manner act in good faith toward the Board.
