No Leasehold Interest. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the privileges granted Tenant under this Section 20.8, if exercised, shall not be deemed to grant Tenant a leasehold or other real property interest in the 30 Building or the 600 Building, as applicable, or any portion thereof in connection with the Satellite Dish.
