Common use of No Oral Change Clause in Contracts

No Oral Change. This Loan Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents may only be amended, terminated, extended or otherwise modified by a writing signed by the party against which enforcement is sought (except no such writing shall be required for any party which, pursuant to a specific provision of any Loan Document, is required to be bound by changes without such party’s assent). In no event shall any oral agreements, promises, actions, inactions, knowledge, course of conduct, course of dealings or the like be effective to amend, terminate, extend or otherwise modify this Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
