No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the syndication agents, documentation agents, co-agents, book manager, lead manager, arranger, lead arranger or co-arranger listed on the cover page or signature pages hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the Issuing Lender hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents or other agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Agent or a Lender hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the Administrative Agent and/or the Security Agent, Bookrunners or Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall not have any powers, duties, obligations or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in their capacity as Administrative Agent and/or Security Agent, as applicable, Lender, L/C Issuer, Alternative L/C Issuer or (in the case of Section 10.01(g) below) Arranger hereunder.
