No Other Exclusions. This Agreement shall not be construed to exclude the Employee from participation in any other compensation or benefit programs in which he or she is specifically eligible to participate either prior to or following the Effective Date of this Agreement, or any such programs that generally are available to other employee personnel of the Company.
