No Other Inducements. The making, execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto have been induced by no representations, statements, warranties or agreements other than those expressly set forth herein.
No Other Inducements. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties in connection with its subject matter. Any and all prior negotiations are merged in this Agreement. Neither of the parties has made any settlement, representation or warranty in connection with the issues addressed in this Agreement (except those expressly set forth in this Agreement) which has been relied upon by the other party, or which acted as an inducement for the other party to enter into this Agreement.
No Other Inducements. It is expressly warranted by each of the undersigned parties that no promise or inducement has been offered except as herein set forth and that this Lease is executed without reliance upon any statement or representation of any person or party or its representatives concerning the nature and extent of damages, costs and/or legal liability therefor.
No Other Inducements. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that the payments described in Section 1 are made solely in consideration of and in exchange for his execution of this Agreement and the general release. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that he is not otherwise entitled to receive the payments and other items of value referenced above, absent his execution of this Agreement, and that no other promise or agreements of any kind have been made to him or with him by any person or entity whatsoever to cause him to sign this Agreement.
