The Company does not own or has any ownership interests of any kind, or is the beneficiary directly or indirectly of any shares or participation interests of any kind of outstanding capital stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for capital stock or, or any other equity interest in any other Person.

Except for all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of the Subsidiaries, the Corporation does not own directly or indirectly any interest or investment (whether equity or debt) in any corporation, partnership, joint venture, business, trust, limited liability company or other entity (other than investments in short-term investment securities). Neither of the Subsidiaries owns directly or indirectly any interest or investment (whether equity or debt) in any corporation, partnership, joint venture, business, trust, limited liability company or other entity (other than investments in short-term investment securities).
No Other Investments. Save for its investments in the Subsidiaries set out in Schedule I, the Company does not have any investment.
