No Other Obligations. NEITHER PARTY ASSUMES ANY RESPONSIBILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS WHATSOEVER, OTHER THAN THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT OR A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither party, nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated to (i) file any Patent application, or to secure any Patent or Patent rights, (ii) to maintain any Patent in force, or (iii) provide any technical assistance, except for the obligations expressly assumed in this Agreement.
