No Other Rights Created. Neither this Agreement nor the Option herein granted shall constitute an employment agreement nor shall they confer upon the Optionee any right to remain in the employ of the Corporation or any Subsidiary thereof. The Optionee shall remain subject to termination of his or her employment to the same extent as though this Agreement did not exist.
No Other Rights Created. 3.1. No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of Tokens:
(i) shall not provide Buyer with rights of any form with respect to Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights;
(ii) shall not be deemed to be a loan to Company; and
(iii) shall not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.
No Other Rights Created. Neither this Agreement nor the Option herein granted shall constitute an employment or consulting agreement nor shall confer upon the Optionee any right to remain a director of the Corporation. The Optionee shall remain subject to termination of his or her directorship to the same extent as though this Agreement did not exist.
No Other Rights Created. Neither this Agreement nor the Restricted Stock award will constitute an employment agreement nor confer upon Participant any right to remain in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company. Participant will remain subject to termination of Participant’s employment to the same extent as though this Agreement and the Restricted Stock award did not exist.
No Other Rights Created. Section 3.1 No Claim, Loan or Ownership Interest. The purchase of LetCoinShop Tokens:
(a) does not provide Buyer with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including but not limited to any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights;
(b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.
No Other Rights Created. Neither this Agreement nor the Restricted Shares herein granted shall constitute an employment or consulting agreement, nor shall they confer upon Grantee any right to remain as an employee, officer, director or consultant of the Company. Grantee shall remain subject to termination of Grantee’s relationship with the Company to the same extent as though this Agreement did not exist.
No Other Rights Created. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it be construed as, a lease or a conveyance of the gymnasium by PAFC to Renter or to confer upon Renter any right, title, estate or interest in the gymnasium, except for such rights expressly granted by PAFC pursuant to this Agreement, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an agreement by PAFC to assume any responsibility or liability for Scheduled Times. Renter and Renter’s Invitees may not enter the gymnasium before or stay later than the Renter’s Event on the Rental Date. Should the Renter or Renter’s Invitees enter before or stay later than the Renter’s Event, the Renter may be subject to an additional Rental Fee.
No Other Rights Created. No provision of this Agreement shall constitute or be construed as a dedication of any interest described this Agreement to the public or give any member of the public any right whatsoever.
No Other Rights Created. No provision of this Agreement shall ever be construed to grant or create any rights whatsoever in or to any portion of the Office Tract other than the Valet Parking Spaces and the driveways within the Office Tract reasonably required in connection therewith.
No Other Rights Created. No bailment or deposit of goods for safekeeping is intended or created by this Licence. This Licence does not create lease or tenancy rights in respect of the Storage Facility.
