No Prepayment Premium. No Prepayment Premium shall be due in connection with any mandatory prepayment made in accordance with Sections 2.4(b)(i) or 2.4(b)(ii) above.
No Prepayment Premium. No Prepayment Premium shall be payable with respect to prepayments pursuant to subsection 2.9.2.
No Prepayment Premium. Borrower may pay all or any portion of the amount due hereunder at any time without premium. Early payments will not, unless otherwise agreed by Lender in writing, relieve Borrower of its obligation to continue to make payments of accrued, unpaid interest. Rather, early payments will reduce the principal balance due.
No Prepayment Premium. No prepayment premium shall be payable with respect to prepayments made from insurance proceeds.
No Prepayment Premium. Borrower may prepay the Note, in whole or in part, at any time without incurring any premium or penalty. Any partial prepayment shall not change the amount or dates of payments due from Borrower under the Note.
No Prepayment Premium. Unified may prepay the Term --------------------- Note, in whole or in part, without premium or penalty.
No Prepayment Premium. Commonwealth may prepay the --------------------- Renewal Revolving Credit Note, in whole or in part, without premium or penalty.
No Prepayment Premium. No prepayment premium shall be payable with respect to prepayments (i) made pursuant to subsection 2.7.2(a), (ii) from any refinancing of the Loans made by Lenders, which refinancing shall be at Lenders' sole and absolute discretion or (iii) from insurance proceeds.
No Prepayment Premium. No Prepayment Premium shall be --------------------- payable with respect to any prepayment received by Lender pursuant to subsection 2.7.2, 2.7.3 or 2.7.4.
No Prepayment Premium. The words “one hundred and twenty percent (120%)” in Section 2.5 of the Notes are hereby deleted and replaced with the words “one hundred percent (100%)”.
