No Prior Restrictions. The Employee represents and warrants that they are under no contractual obligations to any former employer or other third party that would preclude or restrict in any manner their employment or promotion with the University. The Employee covenants and agrees that they shall not at any time disclose to the University confidential information belonging to any former employer or other third party.
