No Priority on Return of Capital. Except as may be expressly provided with respect to any class or series of Units established hereunder, no Member shall have priority over any other Member as to the return of Contributions or Capital Accounts or as to Net Profits, Net Losses or Distributions. This Section shall not, however, apply to loans (as distinguished from Contributions) which a Member has made to the Company.
