Common use of No Reduction in Fees Clause in Contracts

No Reduction in Fees. The Management Fee will not be reduced by the amount of (a) any fees for Operational and Other Services that are paid or payable by any member of the NEP Group to any member of the Manager Group, (b) any Expenses, (c) any Transaction Fees or (d) any costs, fees or expenses paid by or on behalf of NEE Operating LP under the CSCS Agreement.
