No Reduction in Rent. Anything in this Article 8 to the contrary notwithstanding, under no circumstances shall any decrease in Operating Expenses or Taxes in any Comparison Year below the Base Operating Expenses or Base Taxes, as the case may be, result in a reduction in the Fixed Rent or any other component of Additional Rent payable hereunder.
