No Referral Obligation. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in this Agreement is conditioned on any requirement that either party make referrals to, be in a position to make or influence referrals to, or otherwise generate business for the other party or any of the other party’s affiliates, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be interpreted to require or obligate either party to make referrals to, be in a position to make or influence referrals to, or otherwise generate business for the other party or any of the other party’s affiliates
