No Relationship. Landlord shall in no event be construed for any purpose to be a partner, joint venturer or associate of Tenant or of any subtenant, operator, concessionaire or licensee of Tenant with respect to the Property or any of the Other Leased Properties or otherwise in the conduct of their respective businesses.
No Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement creates or is intended to create an association, trust, partnership, joint venture or any other entity or similar legal relationship between the Parties, or impose a trust, partnership or fiduciary duty, obligation, or liability on or with respect to either Party. Neither Party is or shall act as or be the agent or representative of the other Party.

No Relationship. This Agreement is intended to provide only for the handling and protection of Confidential Information. It shall not be construed as a teaming, joint venture, partnership or other similar arrangement.
