Common use of No Release of Tenant’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Release of Tenant’s Obligations. No Assignment or Sublease shall relieve Tenant of its obligation to pay the rent and to perform all of the other obligations to be performed by Tenant hereunder. The acceptance of rent by Landlord from any other person shall not be deemed to be a waiver by Landlord of any provision of this Lease or to be consent to any Assignment or Sublease. Consent to one Sublease or Assignment shall not be deemed to constitute consent to any subsequent Sublease or Assignment.
