NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Neither Lessor nor any other party has made any representation, warranty or statement to Guarantor in order to induce Guarantor to execute this Guaranty.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Lessor and its agent have made no representations or promises with respect to the Leased Premises or the building of which the same form a part except as herein expressly set forth.
