NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Neither Lessor nor any other party has made any representation, warranty or statement to Guarantor in order to induce Guarantor to execute this Guaranty.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Lessor and its agent have made no representations or promises with respect to the Leased Premises or the building of which the same form a part except as herein expressly set forth.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Neither Lessor nor any agent or employee of Lessor has made any representations or promises with respect to the Premises or the Real Estate, except as herein expressly set forth. Lessee, by taking possession of the Premises, shall accept the same "as is".

NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Neither the Lessor nor the Lessor's agents have made any representations or promises with the respect to the Premises, except as expressly set forth herein. The taking of possession of the Premises by the Lessee shall be conclusive evidence against the Lessee, and the Lessee accepts the Premises "as is", that the Premises and any portion thereof occupied by the Lessee at the commencement of this Lease Agreement are in satisfactory condition.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. 6.16 There is no promise, representation or undertaking by or binding upon the Lessor with respect to any alteration, remodeling or decorating of or installation of equipment or fixtures in the Demised Premises or the Building except such, if any, as is expressly set forth in this Lease and clauses 7.1, 8.1, and 8.2 of the Offer to Lease dated the 23rd day of August, 1990, entered into between the Lessor and the Lessee (the "Offer to Lease") and this Lease and the Offer to Lease contain all the agreements and conditions made between the parties hereto. In the event of any conflict between the aforesaid clauses of the Offer to Lease and this Lease, this Lease shall govern.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor has made no representation with respect to the physical condition of the Premises, or that they may be used for any purpose other than as stated herein and Lessee takes the Premises in an "AS IS" condition.
NO REPRESENTATION BY LESSOR. Lessor and its agent have made no representations or promises with respect to the Leased Premises or the building of which the same form a part except as herein expressly set forth. Lessor represents that all systems and Leased Premises will be in good working order and in full compliance with law and provision of the certificate of occupancy upon commencement of the Lease.
