Common use of No Restraints Clause in Contracts

No Restraints. No injunction or other order preventing the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been issued since the date of this Agreement by any court of competent jurisdiction and shall remain in effect; and no Legal Requirement that makes consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement illegal shall have been enacted or adopted since the date of this Agreement and shall remain in effect.

No injunction or other order preventing the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been issued since the date of this Agreement by any United States federal or state court of competent jurisdiction and shall remain in effect; and no United States federal or state Legal Requirement that makes consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement illegal shall have been enacted or adopted since the date of this Agreement and shall remain in effect.

No injunction or other order preventing the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been issued since the date of this Agreement Signing Date by any foreign, United States federal or state court of competent jurisdiction and shall remain in effect; and no Legal Requirement foreign, United States federal or state, law, rule or regulation that makes consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement illegal shall have been enacted or adopted since the date of this Agreement Signing Date and shall remain in effect.
