No Restrictions on Activities. Except as disclosed in Section 4.15 of the Company Disclosure Letter, the Company and each of its subsidiaries is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of the Company or its subsidiaries to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its Assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of the Company and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. Neither CryptoGlobal nor any of the CryptoGlobal Subsidiaries are party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of CryptoGlobal or the CryptoGlobal Subsidiaries to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its Assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of CryptoGlobal or the CryptoGlobal Subsidiaries, respectively, and taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. Cardinal is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of Cardinal to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of Cardinal, respectively, and taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. CDNM is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of CDNM to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of CDNM or Subco, respectively, and taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. MJO is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of MJO to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of MJO, taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. This Agreement may not be construed to prevent the Emptor from, without any obligation or liability to Ex-In:
(i) acquiring any concession or interest outside of the Area of Interest; or
(ii) using for any reason not relating to the Properties, any geological, geophysical, geochemical, metallurgical or operational concept, model or principle of any kind even if derived from the Information. Except as expressly restricted by this Section 8, the Emptor shall be free to engage in any business or other activity whether or not competitive with the activities of Ex-In.
No Restrictions on Activities. BCF is not party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of BCF to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its Assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of BCF.
No Restrictions on Activities. Stralak is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of Stralak to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of Stralak, respectively, and taken as a whole.
No Restrictions on Activities. Other than pursuant to the Debt Instruments and the material contracts of the Corporation related to the GAA Acquisition (copies of which have been filed on SEDAR), neither the Corporation nor the Subsidiaries is a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, agreement or document containing any covenant which expressly limits the freedom of the Corporation or the Subsidiaries to compete in any line of business or transfer or move any of its assets or operations;
No Restrictions on Activities. Apolo is not a party to or bound or affected by any commitment, Contract or document containing any covenant which in any way expressly limits the freedom of Apolo to compete in any line of business, or to use, transfer or move any of its assets or operations, or which materially or adversely affects the business practices, operations or condition of Apolo, respectively, and taken as a whole.
