No Self-Insured Plan Sample Clauses

No Self-Insured Plan. None of the Company, any Subsidiary nor any ERISA Affiliate has ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in or contributed to any self-insured plan that provides benefits to employees (including any such plan pursuant to which a stop-loss policy or contract applies).
No Self-Insured Plan. Neither the Company nor any Affiliate has ever maintained, established sponsored, participated in or contributed to any self-insured plan that provides healthcare, life, disability or other welfare benefits to employees (including, without limitation, any such plan pursuant to which a stop-loss policy or contract applies).

No Self-Insured Plan. Neither the Company, its Subsidiary nor any Affiliate has, during the six years preceding the Closing Date, maintained, established sponsored, participated in or contributed to any self-insured “welfare plan” (as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA) that provides benefits to employees (including, without limitation, any such plan pursuant to which a stop-loss policy or contract applies).
No Self-Insured Plan. Neither any Sino-Canada Entity nor any Affiliate of any Sino-Canada Entity has ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in or contributed to any self-insured plan that provides benefits to employees (including any such plan pursuant to which a stop-loss policy or contract applies).
No Self-Insured Plan. No Company Employee Plan that is a welfare plan, within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA is self-insured.
