No Separate Insurance Sample Clauses

No Separate Insurance. Lessee shall not, on Lessee’s own initiative or pursuant to the request or requirement of any third party, take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article to be furnished, or increase the amount of any then existing insurance by securing an additional policy or additional policies, unless all parties having an insurable interest in the subject matter of the insurance, including in all cases Lessor, are included therein as additional insured, and the loss is payable under such additional separate insurance in the same manner as losses are payable under this Lease. Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of any such separate insurance that Lessee has obtained or of the increase of any of the amounts of the then existing insurance.

No Separate Insurance. Tenant shall not, on Tenant’s own initiative or pursuant to the request or requirement of any third party, (i) take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article XIII to be furnished by, or which may reasonably be required to be furnished by, Tenant or (ii) increase the amounts of any then existing insurance by securing an additional policy or additional policies, unless all parties having an insurable interest in the subject matter of the insurance, including in all cases Landlord and all Facility Mortgagees, are included therein as additional insureds and the loss is payable under such insurance in the same manner as losses are payable under this Master Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prohibit Tenant from insuring against risks not required to be insured hereby, and as to such insurance, Landlord and any Facility Mortgagee need not be included therein as additional insureds, nor must the loss thereunder be payable in the same manner as losses are payable hereunder except to the extent required to avoid a default under the Facility Mortgage.

No Separate Insurance. Borrower shall not carry any separate insurance on the Mortgaged Property concurrent in kind or form with any insurance required hereunder or contributing in the event of loss without Administrative Agent’s prior written consent, and any such policy shall have attached a standard non-contributing mortgagee clause, with loss payable to Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and shall otherwise meet all other requirements set forth herein.

Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of the taking out of any such separate insurance or of the increasing of any of the amounts of the then-existing insurance required under this Article XII by securing an additional policy or additional policies.
