Common use of No Service Fee Shifting Clause in Contracts

No Service Fee Shifting. Unless expressly allowed by the Source of Fund, the Merchant shall not charge or shift the obligation to pay the Service Fee on the Customer. If the Merchant charges or has charged such Service Fee, any necessary fee or expense on the Customer, the Merchant shall immediately return to the Customer the amount equal to such Service Fee, unnecessary fee or expense.
