During the term of this Agreement, neither the Association nor the members of this bargaining unit will participate in a strike, slowdown or the withholding or reduction of services against the District. B. The Board agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, the District or its agents will not cause or engage in any lockout of members of the bargaining unit.
