NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 The Union undertakes that there shall be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement. 7.02 The Employer undertakes that there shall be no lockout as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement. 7.03 The refusal to cross a picket line in support of a legal strike among employees of the Employer shall not be considered as a breach of this Agreement.
