Common use of No Student Transport Clause in Contracts

No Student Transport. Neither Provider, nor any of its Staff shall transport any CPS student in private vehicles. If transportation is provided, all transportation must be through a Board approved transportation provider in coordination with the Project Manager and in compliance with the Board's Student Travel Policy (10-0526-P01), and, in each case, such travel must be approved by the parent/guardian of each participating student in writing.
