No Termination Without Cause. FTS may not terminate Executive "without cause." In the event that FTS terminates Executive "without cause," Executive shall be paid the full value of this employment agreement including all accrued and unused vacation and sick leave as of the date of termination in addition to other legal and equitable remedies available to Executive.
