No Underground Storage Tanks. There are no underground storage tanks on or under the Property;
No Underground Storage Tanks. Except as described in the Disclosure Schedule, there are no underground storage tanks located on any of the premises to be leased by Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Article 15.
No Underground Storage Tanks. Tenant warrants and represents that it will, at no time, install any underground storage tanks on the Demised Premises. A breach of this covenant shall be deemed a default under the Lease, and Landlord shall have the right to terminate the Lease upon the happening of such event.
No Underground Storage Tanks. There are no underground storage tanks on or under the Property, except those that are in material compliance with all applicable Environmental Legal Requirements;
No Underground Storage Tanks. None of the real property owned, operated or leased by the Purchaser and its subsidiaries has in the past had (to the knowledge of the Purchaser) any underground storage tanks located thereon containing Hazardous Substances.
No Underground Storage Tanks. None of the real property owned, operated or leased by Sterling and its subsidiaries has in the past had (to the knowledge of Sterling and the Selling Stockholders) any underground storage tanks located thereon containing Hazardous Substances.
No Underground Storage Tanks. To the best of Seller's knowledge, except as set forth on Exhibit X attached hereto, there are no underground storage tanks at the Property.
No Underground Storage Tanks. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.15, to Seller's Knowledge, no underground storage tank or sump for Hazardous Substances is currently located on, and there have been no Releases of Hazardous Substances from any underground tank or sump or piping related to any such underground tank or sump, on or beneath the Property, the Assets, or other properties or assets owned, leased or used by Seller in connection with, or necessary for the conduct of, or otherwise material to Seller's Business, the Property or the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Assets.
No Underground Storage Tanks. To Seller’s Knowledge, there are no underground storage tanks at, in, under or about the Property or Land and Seller has not removed or installed any underground storage from the Property or the Land.
No Underground Storage Tanks. Lessee warrants and represents that it will, at no time, install any underground storage tanks anywhere in the Premises or on the Property. A breach of this covenant shall be deemed a default under the Lease, and Lessor shall have the right to terminate the Lease upon the happening of such event.
