No relationship (direct or indirect) exists between or among any of the Company or any affiliate of the Company, on the one hand, and any trustee, officer, shareholder, tenant, customer or supplier of the Company or any affiliate of the Company, on the other hand, which is required by the Securities Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder to be described in the Registration Statement, the Prospectus and the General Disclosure Package which is not so described or is not described as required; and there are no outstanding loans, advances (except normal advances for business expenses in the ordinary course of business) or guarantees of indebtedness by the Company to or for the benefit of any of the trustees or officers of the Company or any of their respective family members.
