No Undue Hardship. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that his employment with the Company terminates, the Executive possesses marketable skills and abilities that will enable him to find suitable employment without violating the covenants set forth in this Section 8.
No Undue Hardship. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that his employment with the Company terminates, Employee possesses marketable skills and abilities that will enable Employee to find suitable employment without violating the Restrictive Covenants.

The Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the covenants not to compete set forth in this Agreement are fair and reasonable and will not impose any undue hardship on the Franchisee, or the Franchisee's shareholders or partners, if the Franchisee is a corporation or partnership, since the Franchisee, its shareholders or partners have other considerable skills, experience and education which afford the Franchisee, its shareholders or partners the opportunity to derive income from other endeavors.
No Undue Hardship. The Consultant represents that his experience and abilities are such that observance of this Agreement will not cause the Consultant any undue hardship or unreasonably interfere with the Consultant’s ability to earn a livelihood.

You acknowledge and agree that the covenants not to compete set forth in this Agreement are fair and reasonable and will not impose any undue hardship on you, or your shareholders or partners, if you are a corporation or partnership, since you, your shareholders or partners have other considerable skills, experience and education which afford you, your shareholders or partners the opportunity to derive income from other endeavors.
No Undue Hardship. Lefkofsky represents that his experience and abilities are such that observance of this Agreement will not cause Lefkofsky any undue hardship or unreasonably interfere with Lefkofsky’s ability to earn a livelihood.
