No Voting or Distribution Rights. Nothing contained in this Warrant shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder hereof the right to vote or to consent or to receive notice as a member of the Company or any other matters or any rights whatsoever as a member of the Company. No distributions shall be payable or accrued in respect of this Warrant or the interest represented hereby or the Warrant Units purchasable hereunder until, and only to the extent that, this Warrant shall have been exercised.
No Voting or Distribution Rights. Each Warrantholder shall be deemed to have represented and acknowledged that it is not, by reason of the ownership or possession of a Warrant or the Warrant Certificate representing the same, a unitholder of the Company, and no Warrantholder shall have or exercise any rights by virtue thereof as a holder of outstanding Common Units, including, without limitation, the right to vote, to receive distributions and other dividends as a holder of outstanding Common Units or to receive notice of, or attend, meetings or any other proceedings of the holders of outstanding Common Units.
