No Waivers of Limitations. Except as disclosed in the Rocky Mountain II Disclosure Letter, there are no agreements, waivers of statutes of limitations, or other arrangements providing for extensions of time in respect of the assessment or collection of any unpaid Taxes against Rocky Mountain II. Rocky Mountain II has disclosed on its federal Income Tax Returns all positions taken therein that could, if not so disclosed, give rise to a substantial understatement penalty within the meaning of Section 6662 of the Code. (f)
