Common use of Noise; Vibration; Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Noise; Vibration; Floor Load. Business machines and equipment belonging to Tenant, which cause noise or vibration that may be transmitted to any part of the Building to such a degree as to be objectionable to Landlord or to any tenant of the Building, shall be installed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense on devices that eliminate the noise and vibration. Tenant shall not place any load upon the floor of the Premises which exceeds the per square foot load the floor was designed to carry (eighty (80) pounds per square foot for live loads and twenty (20) pounds per square foot for dead loads).
