Nomination by Buyers. The Buyers admit and accept that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Unit And Appurtenances, the Buyers will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyers’ right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement only by following the under mentioned process:
