Common use of Non-Appropriation; Adequate Funding Clause in Contracts

Non-Appropriation; Adequate Funding. If payment for work under this Contract extends into District’s next fiscal year, District’s obligation to pay for such work is subject to approval of future School Board appropriations to fund this Contract. Continuation of this Contract at specified levels is specifically conditioned on adequate funding under the District’s budget adopted in June of each year. District may adjust the level of services provided for in this Contract in accordance with funding levels adopted by the School Board.
