Non-Binding MOU. This Memorandum of Understanding is being signed by the Parties to evidence their in principle non – binding intentions. The Parties acknowledge that no legally binding obligations are intended to arise between them as a result of the signing of this document. Binding obligations are only intended to arise upon signing by the parties of a formal written agreement (See Agreements below). Any action taken by any party in anticipation of approvals will be at the sole risk of that Party. The Parties agree and acknowledge that nothing contained in this Memorandum of Understanding constitutes any of them as agent, partner or trustee of any other of them, or to have authority or power to act for, or create or assume any responsibility or obligation on behalf of any other Party.

Non-Binding MOU. The Parties acknowledge that this MOU is not a binding and enforceable contract and shall not give rise to any obligations on the part of any Party. In no event shall either Party or any of their individual officers, employees or agents in any way be liable or responsible for any obligations contained in this MOU, whether express or implied; nor for any statement, representation or warranty made in connection with this MOU.
Non-Binding MOU. This MOU is intended to constitute an expression and mutual understanding of the Parties’ willingness to work collaboratively in support of the development and deployment of SMR’s. Non-Binding MOU. This MOU shall not constitute a formal and non-binding agreement, except as to the provisions set forth in paragraph 10 hereof. This MOU summarizes the present understanding of the discussions regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed transaction and we anticipate that any agreement that is negotiated between us with respect to this transaction will be generally consistent with the foregoing.
