Common use of Non-Business Day Clause in Contracts

Non-Business Day. If any payment of principal shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest at the rate such principal bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such principal from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day on which the same is payable.
