Non-Disclosure Obligations. Each party hereto agrees as follows: (a) In this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means information disclosed in written, recorded, graphical or other tangible from which is marked as “Confidential”, “Proprietary” or in some other manner to indicate its confidential nature, and/or orally or in other intangible form, identified as confidential at the time of disclosure and confirmed as confidential information in writing within thirty (30) days of its initial disclosure.
