Non-Exclusive Relationship. Contractor may represent, perform services for, and contract with as many additional clients, persons, or companies as Contractor, in his or her sole discretion, sees fit.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The relationship between the parties is a non-exclusive one, which allows the Contractor and the Principal to engage in other activities, provided that all of the terms and conditions under this Agreement are strictly observed, including the avoidance of conflicts of interests. Notwithstanding the foregoing:
a. Without EFI’s prior written consent, Contractor shall not represent or perform any consulting assignment regardless of its size, scope, or nature for any other government or economic development body of any xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, or possession of the United States of America during the term of this Agreement which EFI deems competitive in the territories where the Contractor is representing EFI; and
b. Contractor shall notify EFI if a Florida business or organization wishes to employ Contractor to perform services beyond those provided under this Agreement.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The Vender Agreement is not exclusive as to the products or goods or services similar to the products. Nothing in the Agreement prohibits WLS from entering into contracts with other Vendors or suppliers for the provision of the products or goods or services similar to the products in this contract.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. Client acknowledges and agrees that the relationship with Consultant is non-exclusive and Consultant may represent, perform services for, and contract with, as many additional clients, persons or companies as Consultant in Consultant's sole discretion sees fit.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. This Contract is not exclusive, and Provider acknowledges that: (i) CPS has no obligation to provide Provider any minimum level of work or compensation under this Agreement; and (ii) CPS may obtain services or materials from third parties that may be similar to the Services or Deliverables, without any obligation or liability to Provider.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. 2.1. The relationship between you and us pursuant to this Agreement is non-exclusive. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent us from supplying any goods or services to any third party in our absolute discretion.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The arrangements under this Servicing Agreement are non-exclusive. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, (a) the Trust may from time to time in its discretion enter into other shareholder servicing agreements with, and arrange for shareholder services for Fund shareholders to be provided by, other investment advisers, financial institutions and other persons, and (b) the Service Provider may from time to time in its discretion enter into shareholder servicing agreements with, and provide shareholder servicing in relation to, other mutual funds.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The relationship between the Parties is a non-exclusive one, which allows the Contractor to engage in other activities, provided that all of the terms and conditions under this Agreement are strictly observed, including the avoidance of conflicts of interests.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Adviser may provide services to other clients and receive fees for such services. The advice given and the actions taken with respect to such clients and Adviser’s own account, or the accounts of Adviser’s associated persons, may differ from advice given with respect to the Client.
Non-Exclusive Relationship. The Consulting Services being provided by Consultant are on a non-exclusive basis, and Consultant shall be entitled to perform or engage in any activity not inconsistent with this Agreement or otherwise prohibited by Section 11 of this Agreement. Moreover, the Company shall be permitted to engage any other individual or firm as an investment banker, broker, consultant or other professional advisor during the Consulting Period.
