Non-New Zealand Entities. No investment shall be made in any Non-New Zealand Portfolio Securities if, immediately after such acquisition, the aggregate of the market value of the Company's investments in Non-New Zealand Portfolio Securities will exceed the percentage of the aggregate of the market value of the Company's investments in all Portfolio Securities (all calculated in New Zealand dollars at the time of such acquisition) approved by the Board from time to time.42
