Non-Precedent Setting. The waiver of any breach, term, or condition of this Memorandum by either party shall not constitute a precedent in the future enforcement of all its terms and provisions.
Non-Precedent Setting. Where either party so states in writing in the disposition of a matter not submitted to arbitration under the grievance procedure, the acceptance of the action or disposition shall not be binding on either party as a precedent for the future on the same or related matters.
