Non-Related Activities. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit its Subsidiaries to, engage, directly or indirectly, in any activity, unless such activity is, directly or indirectly, related to the Telecommunications Business of each such Person as conducted and proposed to be conducted on the date hereof, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Required Lenders.
