Non-responsible Contractor. The County may debar a Contractor if the Board of Supervisors finds, in its discretion, that the Contractor has done any of the following: (1) violated a term of a contract with the County or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on the Contractor’s quality, fitness or capacity to perform a contract with the County, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against the County or any other public entity.

The COUNTY may debar a CONTRACTOR if the Board of Supervisors finds, in its discretion, that the CONTRACTOR has done any of the following: (1) violated a term of a contract with the COUNTY or a nonprofit corporation created by the COUNTY, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on the CONTRACTOR’S quality, fitness or capacity to perform a contract with the COUNTY, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by the COUNTY, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against the COUNTY or any other public entity.

County may debar a contractor if the Board finds, in its discretion, that the contractor has done any of the following: (1) violated a material term of a contract with County or a nonprofit corporation created by County which breach was uncured by contractor as allowed in the at- issue contract, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on the contractor’s quality, fitness or capacity to perform a contract with County, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by County, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against County or any other public entity.

COUNTY may debar a Contractor if the Board of Supervisors finds, in its discretion, that the Contractor has done any of the following: (1) violated any term of an Agreement with COUNTY or a nonprofit corporation created by COUNTY, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on CONTRACTOR’s quality, fitness or capacity to perform a Master Agreement with COUNTY, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by COUNTY, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against COUNTY or any other public entity.
Non-responsible Contractor. The District may debar a Contractor if the Board of Supervisors finds, in its discretion, that the Contractor has done any of the following: (1) violated a term of a contract with the County or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on the Contractor’s quality, fitness or capacity to perform a contract with the County, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against the County or any other public entity.
Non-responsible Contractor. The Department may reject a bid from a Prime Contractor that has received two (2) or more Determination Letters within a three (3) year period from the Department finding an underpayment by the Contractor to its own employees.101
Non-responsible Contractor. CONSULTANT warrants that it has not had a Certificate of Qualification suspended, revoked, denied or have been determined to be a non-responsible contractor by the Florida Department of Transportation.
