Common use of Non-Waiver Clause in Contracts

Non-Waiver. 30.1 Failure or neglect by either Party, at any time, to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, shall not in any manner be construed to be a waiver of any of that Party's rights in that regard and in terms of this Agreement. 30.2 Such failure or neglect shall not in any manner affect the continued, unaltered validity of this Agreement, or prejudice the right of that Party to institute subsequent action.
