Common use of NONEXCLUSIVE REVIEWS Clause in Contracts

NONEXCLUSIVE REVIEWS. The Provider/Xxxxxx agrees that the review set out in paragraph 5.0 above is not exclusive but supplements any other form of audit or review the Provider/Xxxxxx may be subject to due to its status as a certified Provider/Xxxxxx of services under the Medi-Cal or Medicare programs.
