Common use of Nonresident Student Tuition Clause in Contracts

Nonresident Student Tuition. ‌ Bargaining unit members living outside the District may elect to have their children attend Bexley Schools by filing written notice with the Superintendent at a cost per student equal to the state formula tuition rate, minus $2,000. The students shall be accepted and assigned by the Superintendent on a space available basis.
