Nonspecific Temporary Equipment:. It is contemplated by the parties that, from time to time, Owner will furnish to Contractor, for temporary use, such equipment as Owner has available and Contractor requests. The parties agree that during times when such equipment is being furnished by Owner and used by Contractor, the provisions of Paragraph 20 shall apply.
