Nontransferable. The CVRs shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, encumbered or in any other manner transferred or disposed of, in whole or in part, other than through a Permitted Transfer.
Nontransferable. Plan Share Awards and rights to Plan Shares shall not be transferable by a Participant, and during the lifetime of the Participant, Plan Shares may only be earned by and paid to the Participant who was notified in writing of the Award by the Committee pursuant to Section 6.03. No Participant or Beneficiary shall have any right in or claim to any assets of the Plan or Trust, nor shall the Parent, Savings Bank, or any Subsidiary be subject to any claim for benefits hereunder.
Nontransferable. As provided by the terms of the Plan, no rights granted under this Agreement, nor any shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to this Agreement, shall be transferable or assignable by the Participant (or by any other person), other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, and they may not be pledged or hypothecated in any way, prior to the issuance and delivery of the shares of Common Stock pursuant to this Agreement. Any attempted transfer, assignment, pledge or other disposition contrary to the provisions of the Plan and this Agreement shall be null and void and without legal effect.
Nontransferable. Unless the Committee provides otherwise, (i) no rights under this Award will be assignable or transferable, and neither you nor your Beneficiary will have any power to anticipate, alienate, dispose of, pledge or encumber any rights under this Award, and (ii) the rights and the benefits of this Award may be exercised and received during your lifetime only by you or your legal representative.

The CVRs shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, encumbered or in any other manner transferred or disposed of, in whole or in part, other than through a Permitted CVR Transfer; the foregoing restrictions shall apply notwithstanding that certain of the CVRs will be held through DTC. Any attempted sale, assignment, transfer, pledge, encumbrance or disposition of CVRs, in whole or in part, in violation of this Section 2.2 shall be void ab initio and of no effect. The CVRs will not be listed on any quotation system or traded on any securities exchange.
Nontransferable. No shares of Common Stock awarded hereunder or any interest therein may be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise disposed of (any such action being hereinafter referred to as a “Disposition”) by the Grantee until such time as this restriction lapses with respect to such shares pursuant to Sections 3.1 or 3.2 hereof, and any attempt to make such a Disposition shall be null and void and result in the immediate forfeiture and return to the Corporation without consideration of any shares of Common Stock as to which restrictions on Disposition shall at such time be in effect.
Nontransferable. Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.
