NORMATIVE LAYTIME. The Normative Laytime for each Terminal is set out in Article 3.5 of Appendix 2. The Shipper shall reimburse the Operator any costs, charges and operating losses incurred by the Operator as a result of the Shipper occupying a Terminal berth for a period longer than the Normative Laytime for a reason not attributable to the Operator.
